Questions about scope, ownership, care, advertising, and payments.

Use these answers to compare services and prepare the details needed for a clear project conversation.

01What is included in the website price?

Only the deliverables in the written proposal are included. A typical starting scope can include planning, custom design, responsive development, agreed pages, forms and CTAs, WhatsApp integration, basic SEO setup, image optimization, analytics-ready events, testing, deployment, and the agreed handover.

02Why does website pricing start from $999?

The starting price reflects custom planning, design, responsive development, lead capture, technical SEO foundations, testing, and deployment. Final price depends on project size, number of pages, integrations, and requested functionality.

03How long does a website take?

Timing depends on scope, content readiness, integrations, and review speed. The estimated timeline and milestones are confirmed in writing before the project starts.

04How many revision rounds are included?

The exact number of included revision rounds is stated in the written proposal before work begins. Revision capacity is not unlimited.

05Can I request additional revisions?

Yes. Additional revision rounds or changes beyond the agreed direction can be quoted as an add-on before the extra work begins.

06Can I edit my website after launch?

Yes when an editor or CMS is included in the scope. We can provide the agreed access and explain the editing workflow. Code-level changes may still require a developer.

07Do I own my website?

After the project is complete and all agreed invoices are paid, we provide the files, access, and materials listed in the written project scope. This may include website source files, CMS access, hosting access where applicable, analytics and Search Console access, advertising-account access when configured, and a list of third-party services. Website Care is optional. Cancelling Website Care does not by itself remove the website or ownership of the agreed deliverables. The client remains responsible for compatible hosting and any third-party subscriptions or licenses. Third-party assets remain subject to their providers’ terms.

08Is maintenance required?

No. Website Care is optional. You can select managed care or arrange compatible hosting and maintenance under the project agreement.

09What happens if I cancel maintenance?

Cancelling Website Care does not by itself remove the website or ownership of the agreed deliverables. If hosting is part of the plan, the website may need to move to compatible client-managed hosting. Notice, billing, transition, and access requirements follow the written agreement.

10Are there additional recurring fees?

Possibly. Domains, hosting, premium software, licenses, APIs, payment providers, email tools, analytics products, and other third-party services may charge separately. Known recurring costs are identified during scoping when reasonably possible.

11Are third-party subscriptions included?

Only when the written proposal explicitly says so. Otherwise, third-party subscriptions and usage charges are paid separately by the client and remain subject to the provider’s terms.

12Do you provide website content?

Content responsibilities are agreed before work begins. We can organize client-provided copy, help shape page requirements, or quote additional content work when needed.

13Do you provide images?

Image responsibilities and licensing are defined in the proposal. We can use client-provided assets or quote appropriate sourcing, preparation, or original visual work when required.

14Do you create logos?

Logo or branding work is not automatically included in website development. It can be discussed as a separate custom-quote service.

15Do you build online stores?

Yes. A base ecommerce scope can include a custom storefront, catalog, product pages, cart, checkout, payment integration, responsive design, email notifications where supported, and a basic product-management workflow.

16Do you offer SEO?

Yes. SEO can include a technical audit, keyword and competitor research, metadata, heading structure, internal linking, schema, image optimization, Search Console, Analytics, local SEO, and content or technical recommendations. Rankings, traffic, leads, and sales are not guaranteed.

17Do you manage Google Ads?

$499 USD/month management fee. Ad spend is separate and paid by the client. The service covers the agreed account review or setup, research, campaign structure, ads, tracking, optimization, and reporting.

18Do you manage Meta Ads?

$499 USD/month management fee for Facebook + Instagram Ads Management. Ad spend is separate and paid by the client. The service covers the agreed setup, audiences, copy and creative testing, tracking, optimization, and reporting.

19How much is Google + Facebook + Instagram management?

$999 USD/month management fee. Google and Meta ad spend is separate and paid by the client. The fee covers both management directions under a coordinated tracking and reporting plan; it is not presented as a discounted package.

20Is advertising budget included?

No. Advertising budget is not included in the management fee. The client pays Google, Meta, or the applicable advertising platform separately and directly.

21Do you guarantee leads, rankings, sales, or ROAS?

No. Results depend on the market, competition, demand, budget, website, offer, pricing, sales process, implementation, and other factors outside any single service.

22What happens after launch?

We complete the agreed launch and handover steps, provide the access and materials listed in the scope, and identify relevant third-party services. Optional Website Care, SEO, and advertising can be ordered separately.

23Can I request additional features later?

Yes. Additional pages, integrations, automations, ecommerce functions, or redesign work can be scoped and quoted separately when the requirements are clear.

24Can you host my website?

Yes. Managed hosting can be included in a Website Care plan, with responsibilities and support boundaries explained before service begins.

25Can I host it somewhere else?

Usually, yes. We can provide the agreed deliverables for a compatible hosting arrangement, subject to the project agreement and any third-party technical or licensing limits.

26Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. Redesign projects start at $999 USD. Final price depends on project size, number of pages, integrations, content migration, and requested functionality.

27Can you integrate AI or custom automation?

Yes when it serves a defined purpose. The workflow, data, safeguards, provider costs, human handoff, and deliverables are scoped as a custom-quote service.

28How do payments work?

Payment stages are defined in the written proposal before work begins. Depending on the project, milestones may include Project Start, Design Approval, Development Completion, and Final Handover. The final price, scope, deliverables, payment stages, and estimated timeline are confirmed before the project starts.

29Can we communicate through WhatsApp?

Yes. Projects can be discussed and managed through written communication, including WhatsApp. No phone call is required to begin.
