1. Website use
You may use this website to learn about services, view fictional industry demos, compare starting prices, and contact Build & Amplify. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse the content, or use the service for unlawful activity.
2. Demos and informational content
All industry examples are clearly identified as fictional demonstrations. They are not client projects, operating businesses, endorsements, reviews, performance evidence, or promises that a future project will use the same features.
Website information is general and may change. It is not legal, tax, accounting, advertising, accessibility, or platform-specific advice.
3. Pricing and project agreements
Website-development prices are starting prices in U.S. dollars and may exclude taxes, third-party subscriptions, licenses, payment-provider fees, content production, and other outside costs. Google Ads is a $499 USD/month management fee. Facebook + Instagram Ads is a $499 USD/month management fee. Google + Facebook + Instagram Ads is a $999 USD/month management fee. Advertising budget is never included in those management fees; ad spend is paid separately by the client directly to the applicable advertising platform. Final project scope is confirmed in writing.
A signed proposal, statement of work, invoice terms, or other project agreement controls paid services, scope, deliverables, timelines, revisions, ownership, licenses, warranties, hosting, maintenance, cancellation, and dispute terms. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
4. Payments
Payment stages are defined in the written proposal before work begins. Depending on the project, milestones may include Project Start, Design Approval, Development Completion, and Final Handover. The final price, scope, deliverables, payment stages, and estimated timeline are confirmed before the project starts. Monthly services are normally paid in advance for the applicable billing period. No website-development purchase is completed through this public website.
5. Ownership, handover, and third-party materials
After the project is complete and all agreed invoices are paid, we provide the files, access, and materials listed in the written project scope. This may include website source files, CMS access, hosting access where applicable, analytics and Search Console access, advertising-account access when configured, and a list of third-party services. Website Care is optional. Cancelling Website Care does not by itself remove the website or ownership of the agreed deliverables. The client remains responsible for compatible hosting and any third-party subscriptions or licenses. Third-party assets remain subject to their providers’ terms.
Code, design, content, accounts, source files, licenses, and other deliverables are transferred or licensed only as stated in the project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, media, APIs, platforms, and services remain subject to their own terms and technical limitations.
6. Results and availability
Build & Amplify does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, advertising returns, platform approval, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every future service. Results depend on many factors outside website development and advertising management.
7. Changes
These terms may change as the website and services change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised update date. These website terms are informational and do not replace the signed agreement governing paid work.
